Strawberry Cream Cheese
12 ounces ʻNuttin Ordinary Original Cashew Cheese
1 cup strawberries, tops removed and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Agave or sweetener of your choice ( or no sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Place all ingredient in a food processor and blend for about a minute, or until the cream
cheese is smooth. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for one week.
