Cranberry Cashew Cheese Stuffed Dates  makes 24 stuffed dates


For the cranberry orange sauce: 3/4 cup cranberry sauce 1/2 orange, juiced

For thyme cashew cheese: 6-ounces Nuttinʼ Ordinary Original Cashew Cheese 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped

To finish: 1 cup chopped pecans 24 Medjool dates, pits removed

To make cranberry orange sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce and orange juice. Set aside.

For thyme cashew cheese: In a small bowl mix together cashew cheese with thyme.

Place a pinch of pecans into each date. Top with thyme cashew cheese and drizzle cranberry orange sauce over the top.
